Guaranteed Work Shadowing Day

Students who complete all 3 days of the Accelerator Academy will receive a guaranteed onsite work shadowing day with a leading company, scheduled on a mutually agreed date. This gives students first-hand workplace exposure, deeper employer insight, and a powerful opportunity to turn ambition into action.

 

Personal Coaching with Elham Fardad

Students who complete all 3 days of the Accelerator Academy will also receive a personal coaching session with Elham Fardad, scheduled on a mutually agreed date. This session is designed to help students reflect on their learning, sharpen their direction, and plan their next career steps with greater clarity and confidence.
